Stephanie Anne - Thomas Stone Series on Adoption
Here are my covers for my children's series on adoption. I'm excited to keep on moving forward. I will not be sponsoring any other writing competitions in the near future as I have plenty of my own work to complete.
See you at the finish line!

On a Ramble is Complete!
I've completed, On a Ramble, On a Bright and Sunny Day: Mostly True Stories, Including Creep, Creepy Spider! What an accomplishment! (I still have to do my final edits with a hard copy before I make it available on Lulu.com, but I plan to get to that as soon as I can.)I also completed my friend Bill's book, The Treasure at Burro Tank! (Which was my last post on here...) He is so pleased with his little booklet! I'm still working on The Back Track Conspiracies... I didn't know just how very challenging this past year was going to be!
Moving forward...
I haven't forgotten my personal commitment to complete TBTC, but I have been busy doing edits on my first novel, AN ANGEL OF MERCY. She's a completed book, and right now is sitting on an editor's desk! I don't know if they are going to request the complete manuscript yet or not, but I'm getting all of the formatting ready just in case that they do!
This post is a head's up that I am intending to host my Third Annual Rogue Bud Writing Completion in Memory of Joel Muska. I will post the contest guidelines at the beginning of July, but just a note: I will be asking for the same criteria as before, so if anyone is interested they can get their submissions polished and ready. I may only be willing to have 5 finalists this time around, so keep that in mind!
I didn't advertise my competition last year, but this year will be a completely different story as I am getting more and more prepared to market my writing. I have great plans for my ministry, Joyful Noiz Ministries, this coming year! I'll be opening up an Etsy shop under the name of DnA Originals to showcase my sister Debbie and my art work. We upcycle items of interest into items of interest that are fun, and whimsical, and most of all, therapeutic. We've had a lot of fun, but I am working on the business promotion end of the spectrum...
Always learning; Always growing.
Any questions about my contest or art work just drop a line! Share this post with a friend! Let's see if we can get some traffic moving over here!

Publishing/Writing Updates
Congratulations Bill! Your book, The Treasure at Burro Tank is now a reality! Just don't tell anyone about it! What can I say? His brother Steve didn't think that the book was such a great idea... I guess that they should have had that conversation before now! No worries though. The book is safe with me! I won't release it, and therefore it doesn't really exist!
That will be the same for my three novels, and also for the book that I offered to publish for a gal this morning. If she accepts the offer then I will gladly publish her Christian devotional. I read it yesterday and it was amazing! I needed the encouragment and I guess that's why the offer to her.
I managed to complete and quietly publish ON A RAMBLE too! I've yet to take the time to line edit my work though and so I don't want to make the book public yet. It turned out really neat as I included clip art. Got to watch me with my clip art! I have way too much fun with that! I still have to get back to Crooked Places Straight, and I can't ignore The Back Track Conspiracies either! I've got that book up on Authonomy, but no one gets it I don't guess. The whole idea of that web site is to rise up in the rankings so that your book is actually viewed by pubishers and editors etc... Well, I'm ranking in at about 5000 plus, and the last I looked I have 1 interested soul... and the interested one has me on a watchlist and not a book shelf... Let's see... 0 interests in my novel! Sounds like my writing contest last year! I got a couple of comments on how it is hard to understand, so I guess in all actuality I've accomplished what I had set out to do! How's that work??? I'll finish it, and then I'll think about editing it. Right now I just don't have the time or the inclination!
I'll have to decide here soon if I'll host my writing contest this year. I'll post my decision once I make one.
